Branch News Computer classes will move from Pinner Library to a purpose built computer suite in Pinner Centre. We are endeavouring to get a non-computer course for Wednesday mornings at Pinner Library.
Meetings
The Branch Committee is responsible for planning the programme of classes, with assistance from the WEA's London Region which supplies suitably qualified tutors. The Branch Committee consists entirely of volunteers who have been elected at the Branch AGM. It meets several times a year.
Other Information
The Branch encourages its adult learners to assist with various aspects of the running of their class. Thus, each class needs a class secretary to keep the weekly attendance list and to liaise when necessary with the class tutor or the Branch Committee.
Also, a class may need one or more class members to help by setting up equipment and, at the end, storing it away.
