Introduction to branch
WEA Harrow Branch is well-established and has been in existence for 60 years. Stanmore and Kenton branch has now merged with Harrow. For the 2010-11 year many popular courses will continue to run. In addition exciting new courses are being proposed: on sociology and Britishness in a multi-cultural society and social justice and law – understanding your legal rights (a course which will rotate in all areas of Harrow). New history courses cover The War of the Roses, Afghanistan from 300BC on, and ruling the waves.
Our Branch venues are easily accessible by local transport and have facilities for the disabled. Please join us - you will be very welcome. Call us if you have any queries.
